Ayuuto is a coordination platform for rotating savings circles (ROSCAs). If you need assistance, you’re in the right place.
How do I create a savings circle?
Tap the “+” button on the Circles tab. Enter a circle name, contribution amount, and currency. Once created, invite members using the invite feature. When all members have joined, start the circle to begin the first round.
How do I join a savings circle?
You’ll receive an invitation notification from the circle host. Tap the notification or open the Notifications tab to accept. You can also ask the host to share an invite link.
What is a ROSCA?
A Rotating Savings and Credit Association (ROSCA) is a group savings method used worldwide. Members contribute a fixed amount each round, and one member collects the full pool. The process rotates until everyone has received a payout.
How do I submit a contribution?
When a round is active and you are a contributor (not the recipient), go to the circle’s round screen and tap “Submit Contribution.” This marks your contribution as submitted. You must also send the actual money to the recipient outside the App (e.g., via e-transfer).
Why was my contribution rejected?
The circle host can reject a contribution if the external payment was not received. If you believe this is an error, you can file a dispute through the App.
What happens if I miss a contribution?
Missing a contribution lowers your trust score by 15 points. The host may reject your contribution for that round. You should communicate with your circle members if you are unable to contribute on time.
What is a trust score?
Your trust score (0–100) reflects your reliability as a circle member. It starts at 100 and decreases when you miss payments (−15), make late payments (−5), or have contributions rejected (−10). The score is visible to other members in your circles.
How do I improve my trust score?
Consistently submit and have your contributions confirmed on time. Your score is recalculated with each contribution event.
Can I leave a circle?
You can leave a circle that hasn’t started yet. Once a circle is active, you should speak with your host about leaving, as it affects the rotation for all members.
What happens when a circle completes?
After every member has been a recipient, the circle is marked as completed. All members receive a notification. Historical data (contributions, ledger entries) remains available for reference.

How do I change my name?
Go to the Profile tab and update your display name.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email. You’ll receive a password reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@ayuuto.ca with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days. Please leave any active circles before requesting deletion.
